The place Detective Jackson allegedly reports back to. A delapidated building built in the 70's and a typical example of the type built during the manufacture of many a new town concrete jungle. 

Jack's colleagues at the central station see him as a bit of a joke and just another washed up cop who lost the faith and hit the bottle. Constantly riding him about his inability to track down a simple thief and the fact that he won't fire his gun anymore, most of the cops working with Jackson steer clear of him on a professional basis. 

Captain Mandrake is the one man on the force that still believes that Jack is a good cop but he is finding it harder and harder to keep Jack out of the firing line of the top brass - especially as the Magician keeps making the whole department look like a laughing stock.
