North Tolls Underpass
An otherwise innocuous piece of derelict land that lies underneath the toll bridge into and out of the city. Over the years it has become a steady gathering ground for the waifs and strays who have hit hard times in the city the road is a gateway for.
Giving the local vagrants shelter from the heat of summer and the biting winds of winter the underpass has now become an impromptu place of worship. Or at least, that's what ex-priest Wesley Carrington would have you believe. After losing his church and the backing of the clergy, Wesley now preaches his unsanctioned end-of-the-world views to anyone drunk enough to listen. Luckily for Wesley there are plenty down and outs for him to call his flock. Also for Wesley, the North Tolls Underpass is a great place to pick up information from the network of spies dressed as hobos.
